Mumbai Suburban Railway operates across three primary corridors. Each serves different parts of the city and caters to distinct commuter populations:
Churchgate ↔ Dahanu Road
Covers Bandra, Andheri, Borivali, Virar & beyond.

Together, these three lines span over 400 km of track and serve more than 500 stations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The network also connects to the Trans-Harbour Line and integrates with Mumbai Metro at several interchange points.

The idea started from a familiar frustration: standing on a platform at Dadar station, watching the departure board, unsure whether the Virar Fast was 3 minutes away or 13 minutes away. Existing tools were either too slow to load, too cluttered with ads, or required logins and permissions that felt excessive for something as simple as checking a train time.
We wanted something that opened instantly, showed exactly what you needed, and worked even when the network was crawling. Maha Rail is the result of that frustration turned into a product — designed by a Mumbai commuter, for Mumbai commuters.
